Fall Sports Begin August 17!

Please see the specific times for our volleyball, cross-country, and football practices for our 7th and 8th graders. Please arrive early, as these times are the start times.
Some things to know:
• All athletes must have a current physical!
• Athletes will be required to have a signed MSHSAA annual consent form. These forms can be picked up in the middle school main office, or they can be signed the first day of practice/tryouts after coaches hand them out.
• All participants need to pay an athletic fee of $35 in order to be eligible for the first contest. This fee is for 7-12 sports, cheer, and dance. These will be paid in the main office, or you can pay them during Meet the Teacher.
• Athletes need to be at all practices! This goes for the entire duration of the season.

Don’t forget, free physicals will be Monday night, August 10, 3:30- 6:00 PM at Camdenton Middle School. They are provided by COMC, and a guardian must be present.
Football
**Equipment check out at the locker room (Hawthorn Elementary) for those who still need it will be on August 10 from 5:00-6:00 PM
Beginning Monday, August 17, practice will be from 3:30-5:30 PM at Bob Shore Stadium, daily Monday-Friday.
Cross Country
Beginning Monday, August 17, 7:00-8:30 PM at Camdenton Middle School
Meet at the gym entrance. Bring your own water bottle, running shoes, and attire for each practice. A(n) (inexpensive) running watch is helpful, but not required. Practices prior to school starting will be at 7:00 PM and will continue daily after school from 3:30-5:00 once school starts.
Volleyball
Beginning August 17, 3:30-5:00 at Camdenton Middle School daily, Monday-Friday
The first week will be tryouts. Final cuts will be made by the end of the week.
